Created by college athletes, the Fascia Stick Pro is a stainless steel massage tool shaped to fit the small, tight areas of your body: your hands, feet, forearms, ankles, jawline, and neck. It's rated 4.8 stars by over 200 customers on the brand's site.
Why you'll love it
Targets small areas: gets between the bones of your hands and feet and along your jaw
Stainless steel: smooth, durable, and easy to clean
Cooling option: chill it in the freezer for 30 minutes for a refreshing face and neck massage
Travel-friendly: small enough for your gym bag or desk
How to use
Glide the stick over the area with light to medium pressure. On your face and neck, use gentle strokes with a little facial oil or serum.
A personal care and wellness tool, not a medical device.
